George Malcolm Walker is a Jamaican director, cinematographer and editor drawn to the things people carry but rarely say — family, identity, inheritance, and the tension beneath everyday life.
Raised in Westphalia, in the hills below the Blue Mountains, he came to film through music, visual art and technology. Today he writes, directs, shoots, edits and scores his own films, directs music videos, and leads EdgeLights Media and EdgeLights Records — while training the next generation of Caribbean filmmakers.
